School starts up again tomorrow-- yes, on Labor Day-- and I'm ready, yet strangely nervous. I don't really remember ever being nervous about a new school year. Except maybe the first time I sat down in a college classroom at the tender age of 16, and my philosophy professor proceeded to turn my worldview upside down. But that worked out alright.
Tomorrow, I start the day off at noon with rock climbing, until 2 PM, when I have my Ethics class, and then Newswriting at 4. I'm off work tomorrow and Tuesday, so hopefully I'll get a chance to catch my breath.
Yesterday morning when I was walking over to the verizon store to get my new phone activated, I saw leaves at the top of a tree starting to change colors. Summer's over. The leaves will be all red and beautiful for about three weeks, I'll be making pumpkin spice lattes at work, wearing flannel and feeling happy, and then it will just be cold until April. Awesome.
I've been working on getting a new blog up and running, that will actually be part of my domain-- so like, lindseyleger.com/blog. I'm working on building it through wordpress, cause it seems like the coolest thing out there (and I can update it through my phone), but it's a tad confusing at first. I'll put a link up or have this redirect or something so that those of you who follow this thing can still find me :)

I took these a year ago when I first came to RIT. It was at this park I used to go to when I lived in Henrietta and needed to get out of the house but had nowhere to go.
