2. Trying to find new ways to create and work through this artistic block

We all had an assignment to do a portrait triptych in the studio. I still don't feel like it has a particularly strong meaning, but I am happy with how this particular shot came out-- I still really like it in color. I was going to print it on vinyl, but was having too much trouble with it and decided to do it on canvas instead. I made a frame and stretched the image around it. I've never done that before, so it's not perfect, but I want to try it again in the future. The print cost me $32 though :(

3. The autism project is underway; I'm waiting for families to begin contacting me to meet and begin photographing them.

4. I have been introduced to Rochester's fine dining, the garbage plate.

5. Amanda came to visit me at the beginning of the month, and we went to Toronto, which was amazing.
6. I have a new boyfriend. His name is John and he is nice.
